Hala Drive's Success with

Client Overview: Hala Drive is a leading local e-hailing service operating in Dubai, which aims at delivering high-quality transportation services. Being a relatively new company in the saturated market of ride-hailing services, Hala Drive is interested in improving its clients’ satisfaction and broadening its pool of clients. Also, their objective was to make their Google Ads campaigns more effective so they could advertise for cheaper and find people interested in reliable car rentals. In order to achieve these objectives, the company understood the role of digital marketing strategy as well as the focus on its advertising.

Challenge

Before partnering with Quick Digitals, Hala Drive faced high advertising costs and a poor return on investment. With a monthly budget of AED 29,810, they struggled to generate sufficient leads and conversions. Although they were getting clicks, their conversion rate was just 5%, and they managed to generate only 75 leads per month. Additionally, the cost per click (CPC) was AED 20, making their campaigns expensive and inefficient. Hala Drive aimed to reduce advertising costs, improve their conversion rate, and generate more quality leads to grow their platform effectively.

Solution

Hala Drive contacted Quick Digitals to help improve its Google Ads (PPC) campaign. Our team also took time to assess their existing campaigns to determine gaps that could be filled in order to improve them. To address this issue, we adopted specific keywords, adjusted the ad copies and the audience to whom Hala Drive’s advertisements were to be displayed at a particular time. This strategic change was mainly targeting at improving cost effectiveness while at the same time increasing the generation of leads. Increased Lead Generation: Leads improved significantly, jumping from 75 leads/month to 520 leads/month, showcasing a substantial boost in customer interest.
