DIGITAL MARKETING EXPERT

- Develop a comprehensive Digital Marketing strategy for 2 x DTC e-comm websites based on overarching client goals, including budget setting and management.
- Create and publish ad campaigns across relevant platforms (including Google, YouTube, Meta Suite, LinkedIn, Strava, etc).
- Work with internal content development teams to ensure a strategic implementation of organic and paid content, that works hand-in-hand with the paid performance strategy
- Monitor ad copies, keywords, bids, and other elements of Digital Ads to optimize campaigns.
- Effectively manage the budget to maximize ROI on every dirham spent.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Manage and strategize organic search traffic and organic keyword ranking campaigns on the Google search engine.
- Analyse trends in SEO campaigns to regularly provide insightful and actionable data for the web development team.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Review and share feedback on visual assets/content prepared for Digital Ads to improve audience engagements and yield higher ROI.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy, implementation across channels, and analytics, with a track record of driving business growth through data-driven insights.
- Experience in executing marketing campaigns across Google-paid ad solutions, affiliate networks, and re-targeting solutions.
- Proficiency in a range of digital analytics tools and technologies, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and SQL. Proficiency in Paid Ad Creation and Management in Google, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets.
- Master's/bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or similar.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Experience in digital marketing for luxury sports or athleisure brands, including e-comm. – (Preferred)
- Certification in Google & Meta Ads – (Preferred)
- Fluent in English
